Canivals
Part of the fun of being involved with a club like the West Adelaide Bearcats is the opportunity to be involved in one or more of the many carnivals which occur during the year.
The decision to attend anyone of these carnivals will depend on your coach and the parents.
Listed on the WABC Website are the major carnivals and approximate dates for each, to help with your planning for the year.

• Division 1 teams are automatically entered in the State Championships held over two weekends in May.
• Division 2 teams are entered by choice.

All teams competing in carnivals must apply through their Junior coordinator in order to receive approval from the Junior Sub-Committee and the Secretary needs to formally sign the nomination form.
Any team wishing to compete interstate requires permission from the BSA Junior committee. Approval should be sought through the Junior Sub-Committee and the Secretary.
There are a range of forms that need to be completed by the coach and manager and lodged with the Club secretary which include
 

• Nomination form, Carnival Entry Form
• Travel Consent form, For Each Player
• Medical consent form, For Each Player
• Notification To Club, Team Travel Form
